There’s a New SF Mayor in Town

On Nov. 5, San Francisco voted in a new Mayor — Daniel Lurie. As a result of the city’s new leadership, we expect many changes will be taking place and we will be on alert to how it will impact our retirees.

POB has already reached out to Mayor Lurie and his incoming administration to inform them of our mission to monitor both SFERS and SFHSS. It is our goal that these boards continue to be aware of their fiduciary duties and that they must continue to work for the active and retirees of San Francisco best interest.
