PROTECT OUR BENEFITS BOARD

Be sure to get your COVID vaccination. More vaccinations are coming available and locations are opening. Be safe and as always follow the safety protocols, washing hands, face mask and social distancing. As you know Carmen Chu, SFERS Trustee, has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer of CCSF. Her vacancy will be filled by the Mayor’s Office. POB wishes Ms. Chu good luck and thank-you. Hopefully, things will loosen up and we can approach the Board of Supervisors and get our message to them. If you know of any recent retiree of CCSF have them check out our website or have them contact POB. This is especially for non-Medicare retirees. Be safe.

POB also received an URGENT NEWS ALERT from SFERS that read BEWARE OF EMAILS TARGETING CITY EMPLOYEES. PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION. These are spams from third parties. SFERS would only contact you directly. Call SFERS at 415 487-7057 if you have on concerns.
